Quick mid-week update!
Control-Option-Command-Up(or down) arrow fits all tracks to window. If your session is too big or your screen is too small it just makes them all as small as possible.

…And Option + A fits the entire session (to the end of the last region or to the last marker) horizontally.
or Option + F if you want to fit a selection to the window (horizontally).
Option + Command + up arrow will fit the selected track vertically.
