Here are some advanced nudging shortcuts that can you help move you quicker in repetitive editing situations. Make a selection and get your nudge on!
Shortcuts used in the video are:

Command +/- Change end of region.
Option +/- Change beginning of region.
Shift +/- Move selection independent of region.
Shift Command +/- Change end of selection independent of region.
Shift Option +/- Change beginning of selection independent of region.

You forgot my favorite one.
Control +/- nudges the audio within a selected region without changes the in and out of the region.

Is there a way to do this without numeric pad?
Hmmm… I don't think so…. you can do normal nudging with < and > but the modifiers don't work.
